The Chefs & the Tea-Maker Dilmah Tea Dinner
To celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Dilmah Tea in Australia, Paul and other renowned chefs were flown to Sri Lanka to see the source of Dilmah. A dinner to bring it all together will be happening in December/January.
