Celebrate your anniversary or impress clients with a multi award-winning restaurant surrounded by water front views from all windows. From a table of twelve to a corporate group booking out the entire venue, Marque IV will showcase Paul Foreman's signature dishes matched with quality wine and smooth professional service.
Number of guests
50 guests plus will need to hire the whole restaurant space. Our maximum number of guests is 90 guests, with no more than 75 guests when a dance floor is included in the space.
Cost
The minimum room charge is $6500 Sunday - Thursday, and $7500 on Friday - Saturday. If a group does not reach the minimum spend, the remainder of the charge works as room hire for the venue.
Menu
The above price includes a three course set menu priced at $80 per head. View a sample set menu.
Canapés are also available at $15 per head from a select list. Canapes to view current selection.
Drinks
The above price also includes beverage sales on consumption (to be chosen with management prior to the event).
Management will need to be advised whether an open bar will be available on the day of the booking.
Times
The venue is available from 6pm - 12am.
Other information
Marque IV can organise dance floors, microphones, etc, but these are extra charges on top of the minimum room charge.
Confirmation of numbers holds great importance due to staffing, food preparation and the turning away of other guests.
If the numbers of a group are over twenty, the numbers of guests confirmed on the day of the booking are the amount the group will be invoiced for.
