Our menu is designed to be used either for À la carte, or to create your own degustation evening by selecting from the Amuse and Entrée sections. This allows you to experience an array of flavours and textures.
Additionally we provide the Signature Tasting menus, Chef Paul Foreman's 6 course menu of personally selected favourites.
