Dover Ocean Trout, la plancha style, pickled beetroot,
horseradish cream, ruby grapefruit and small leaves

Market white fish, tomato and pepper migas, tamico beans,
smoked Spring Bay mussels, zucchini and parsley

Hand rolled chestnut pappardelle, mushrooms,
