Venue capacity
Marque IV has a seating capacity of 75 guests with a dance floor, or up to 90 guests without.
Menu
Marque IV offers several menu options for your special day. Please consider these as a guide; we are happy to work with you to tailor a package to your individual needs. Any specific dietary requirements or restrictions can be catered for by prior arrangement. All prices are for food only, with the inclusion of bread to start and tea and coffee.
We do not provide wedding cakes.
Stand alone cocktail party from: $25 per person
Set three course menu with choice of mains: $65 per person
Three course alternate menu drop: $70 per person
Three course choice menu:
- 2 choices per course $75 per person
- 3 choices per course $85 per person
Drinks
While Marque IV can offer a package option upon request, we are happy to tailor beverage selections to your specific requirements and budget. Our extensive wine list features a wide range of Tasmanian, Australian and International wines. We also offer the option of consumption up to a specific amount (bar tab), with the inclusion of spirits and liquers at the hosts request/discretion. All beverage options must be arranged prior to the event to allow time for delivery.
Times
The venue is available for lunch time weddings from 12.00 midday until 4.30pm. The space must be vacated by this time to allow for evening restaurant set up. Marque IV is available for evening weddings between 6.00pm and midnight.
Cost
To have exclusive use of the venue and facilities, Marque IV requires a minimum spend of $5500 Monday to Thursday, $7500 Friday and Saturday, and $6500 Sunday and Public Holidays. Minimum spend requirements are based on peak summer operational periods; during the low season we are happy to negotiate. If the total cost of food and beverage does not reach minimum spend requirements, the remainder is considered as room hire for the venue.
Other information
We are happy to arrange for a dance floor, lecturns, microphones and other equipment as requested, however this is an additional charge to minimum spend requirements and is at the guests expense.
Marque IV supplies all linen, glassware, crockery, floor plans, room set up (excluding round tables) and menus if required. Guests need to supply place cards, seating lists/arrangements, table decorations, flowers and any other room requirements.
